Howell County in south central Missouri... * Until 400 PM CDT. * At 306 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 17 miles southeast of Norwood, or 17 miles south of Mountain Grove, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Two inch hail and 70 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. * Locations impacted include... West Plains, Mountain View, Willow Springs, Pomona, Peace Valley, Siloam Springs, White Church, and Pottersville.
