Description:
At 548 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Clever, or near
Nixa, moving northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, Battlefield, Clever, Highlandville, Fremont
Hills, Turners, Linden, Boaz, and Galloway.
This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 79 and 84.
Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for southwestern
Missouri.
