* At 942 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Golden City to near Carthage to near Shoal
Creek Drive, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated. At 934 PM a 55 mph wind gust was
measured in Joplin.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Southeastern Joplin, Carthage, Stockton Lake, Monett, Aurora, Mount
Vernon, Lamar, Marionville, Granby, Carterville, Duquesne,
Greenfield, Sarcoxie, Pierce City, Duenweg, Lockwood, Jasper,
Diamond, Golden City, and Loma Linda.
This includes Interstate 44 near mile marker 5, and between mile
markers 7 and 58.
