Description:
At 534 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Hickory Hill,
or 19 miles southwest of Jefferson City, moving southeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Law enforcement reported half dollar sized hail just north
of Eugene.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Hickory Hill and Eugene.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and has
produced large hail.
