Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Missouri,
including the following counties, in south central Missouri,
Howell. In southwest Missouri, Barry, Christian, Dade, Douglas,
Greene, Lawrence, Ozark, Stone, Taney, Webster and Wright.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Scattered showers moving southeast to northwest will persist
through tonight into Friday morning. Showers that move over
the same areas may receive 1 to 2 inches of rain with
localized amounts up to 4 inches.
