* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Missouri, including the following areas, in north central Missouri, Daviess, Grundy, Harrison, Linn MO, Livingston, Mercer, Putnam and Sullivan. In northwest Missouri, Andrew, Atchison MO, De Kalb, Gentry, Holt, Nodaway and Worth. * WHEN...Through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Areas of heavy rainfall are likely tonight into Tuesday morning creating the potential for flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
