Missouri River at Boonville affecting Boone, Howard, Cooper and Moniteau Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Boonville. * WHEN...Until Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Low-lying rural areas along the river flood. At 23.8 feet, Easley River Road and Smith Hatchery Road begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:04 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 20.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 22.3 feet early Monday afternoon.
