Little Osage River near Horton affecting Vernon County.
Little Osage River at Fulton affecting Bourbon County.
Marmaton River near Nevada affecting Vernon County.
Sac River near Caplinger Mills affecting Cedar County.
For the James River...including Galena, Boaz...Minor flooding is
forecast.
For the Little Osage River...including Fulton, Horton...Moderate
flooding is forecast.
For the Marmaton River...including Fort Scott, Nevada...Moderate
flooding is forecast.
For the Sac River...including Caplinger Mills...Moderate flooding is
forecast.

* IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, flood waters affect fields along the left
bank at the gage site.

- At 8:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 13.0 feet this afternoon.
It will then fall to 12.4 feet this evening. It will rise
above flood stage just after midnight tonight to 27.2 feet
early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
early Tuesday morning.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
27.3 feet on 05/02/2019.
