Platte River At Sharps Station affecting Platte County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Platte River at Sharps Station. * WHEN...Until late Monday night. * IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Low-lying rural land along the river begins to flood. At 29.0 feet, Backwater from the Platte River floods Highway KK along the Little Platte River at the location 0.2 miles east of Highway B. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 22.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 27.2 feet early Sunday morning.
