* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...Shelby County in northeastern Missouri... * WHEN...Until midnight CDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is still occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 746 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Shelbina, Clarence, Shelbyville, Emden, Bethel and Leonard.
Instruction: 
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
