At 25.0 feet, Flooding begins at the east border of Agency. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 17.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 24.7 feet early Saturday morning.
