At 23.0 feet, Moderate flooding of farmland occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 21.7 feet this evening.
