Chariton River at Novinger affecting Macon, Schuyler, Adair and Putnam Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Chariton River at Novinger. * WHEN...From Thursday morning to Friday evening. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Farm fields along the river begin to flood. At 23.0 feet, Moderate flooding of farmland occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 15.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 22.4 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
