Grand River near Gallatin affecting Livingston and Daviess Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Grand River near Gallatin. * WHEN...From Thursday morning to late Friday night. * IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Low-lying woodlands and farmland along the river flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 10.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to a crest of 28.1 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
