Chariton River near Prairie Hill affecting Chariton and Macon Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Chariton River near Prairie Hill. * WHEN...From Thursday morning to Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Fields along the river begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 6.4 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to 16.8 feet early Friday afternoon.
