Northern Randolph County in north central Missouri... * WHEN...Until 400 AM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 355 PM CDT, transportation department officials indicate closed roads due to high water. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, additional moderate to heavy rainfall is likely through tonight. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
