Missouri River at Boonville affecting Howard, Cooper, Moniteau and Boone Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Boonville. * WHEN...Until Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Low-lying rural areas along the river flood. At 23.8 feet, Easley River Road and Smith Hatchery Road begin to flood. At 25.0 feet, Numerous farm levees are overtopped. Flooding of agricultural land and secondary roads occurs. Backwater flooding on Perche Creek causes flooding in McBaine. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:04 AM CDT Monday the stage was 22.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.0 feet this afternoon.
