At 21.0 feet, County Road 406 is under water 0.8 miles east of Highway A. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 9.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 19.1 feet tomorrow morning.
