Missouri River at Waverly affecting Saline, Carroll and Lafayette Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Waverly. * WHEN...From this afternoon to Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 23.5 feet, Rural areas along the river which are not protected by levees flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 18.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 21.7 feet tomorrow morning.
