Missouri River at Napoleon affecting Ray, Lafayette and Jackson Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Napoleon. * WHEN...From this afternoon to late Monday evening. * IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Low-lying areas unprotected by levees begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 16.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 18.2 feet just after midnight tonight.
