...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Missouri...
102 River at Rosendale affecting Buchanan and Andrew Counties.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast. This approaches the flood of record.
* WHERE...102 River at Rosendale.
* WHEN...Until early Monday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Lowland agricultural flooding begins.
At 18.0 feet, State Route 48 on the east side of Rosendale is
overtopped by flood waters.
At 19.0 feet, State Route 48 on the east and west sides of
Rosendale is under water.
At 20.0 feet, State Route 48 is flooded on the east and west sides
of town which prevents travel in or out of town.
At 23.0 feet, Homes and businesses in Rosendale are threatened by
flood waters.
At 24.0 feet, Eighty percent of the homes and businesses in
Rosendale are flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:25 AM CDT Friday the stage was 19.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 22.4 feet this afternoon.
It will then fall below flood stage late tonight to 15.8 feet
early tomorrow afternoon. It will rise above flood stage late
tomorrow evening to 18.9 feet Sunday morning. It will then
fall below flood stage again early Sunday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

Instruction:
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
