River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast precipitation for the next 24 hours. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Hinkson Creek at Columbia. * WHEN...Until Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Right bank 50 feet downstream of the old Providence Road bridge begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 13.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this morning to a crest of 15.6 feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage late this morning. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Rainfall heavier than forecast could cause river levels to rise even higher than predicted.
