Blackwater River near Blue Lick affecting Saline and Cooper Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Blackwater River near Blue Lick. * WHEN...From this morning to Monday evening. * IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Cropland and pastures along the river flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 23.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage soon reaching 24.9 feet this evening. It will fall below flood stage this evening to 21.3 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then rise to 22.5 feet Tuesday morning.
