* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Blackwater River near Blue Lick.
* WHEN...Until late Friday night.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 26.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early
Friday morning and continue falling to 8.6 feet Monday evening.
- Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
