* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Platte River near Agency.
* WHEN...Until Saturday afternoon.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 27.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 27.8 feet
this evening. It will then fall below flood stage Friday
afternoon.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.
