Grand River near Gallatin affecting Livingston and Daviess Counties. Grand River near Pattonsburg affecting Daviess and Gentry Counties. Grand River near Sumner affecting Linn, Chariton, Livingston and Carroll Counties. Grand River near Chillicothe affecting Livingston and Linn Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Grand River near Chillicothe. * WHEN...Until Saturday evening. * IMPACTS...At 35.0 feet, U.S. Highway 65 south of Chillicothe is threatened by flood water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 33.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 33.7 feet this afternoon.
