* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Platte River near Agency.
* WHEN...Until Saturday evening.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 27.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river will remain nearly steady through much of
Thursday. The river will then fall below flood stage by Friday
evening
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
