Grand River near Chillicothe affecting Linn and Livingston Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Grand River near Brunswick. * WHEN...Until Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Low-lying areas along the east bank of the Grand River near the U.S. Highway 24 bridge begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:19 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 18.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 23.3 feet Thursday evening.
