* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Grand River near Pattonsburg.
* WHEN...Until Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 30.0 feet, Nearly all agricultural land and secondary
roads in the Grand River floodplain flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 29.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 29.5 feet
this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early
tomorrow afternoon.
- Flood stage is 25.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
