River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast precipitation for the next 24 hours. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Bourbeuse River at Union. * WHEN...From this evening to Friday evening. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 18.3 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday afternoon. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Rainfall heavier than forecast could cause river levels to rise even higher than predicted. The National Weather Service will monitor this developing situation and issue follow up statements as conditions change.
