Tarkio River at Fairfax affecting Holt and Atchison Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Platte River near Agency. * WHEN...Until Saturday morning. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 24.6 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 27.4 feet just after midnight tonight.
