* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Water overtops 1st Street in Tracy,
Missouri.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 19.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this
afternoon and continue rising to a crest of 26.8 feet early
Saturday morning.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
