Missouri River at Boonville affecting Boone, Moniteau, Cooper and Howard Counties. Missouri River at Glasgow affecting Chariton, Saline and Howard Counties. ...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Missouri... Missouri River at Napoleon affecting Lafayette, Ray and Jackson Counties. Missouri River at Waverly affecting Carroll, Saline and Lafayette Counties. Missouri River At Miami affecting Chariton, Carroll and Saline Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Waverly. * WHEN...From late Wednesday night to Friday evening. * IMPACTS...At 23.5 feet, Rural areas along the river which are not protected by levees flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 12.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Thursday morning to a crest of 20.5 feet Thursday morning.
