Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 925 AM CDT, Between 1 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen across northern Missouri during the past 24 hours. Transportation department officials report road closures resulting from flooding. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
