* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...102 River at Rosendale.
* WHEN...From early this morning to Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Homes and businesses in Rosendale are
threatened by flood waters.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:22 PM CDT Monday the stage was 12.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early
this morning to a crest of 21.8 feet this afternoon. It will then
fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning.
- Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
