Flooding of rural areas behind the levees occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 17.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 25.6 feet tomorrow evening.
