Grand River near Sumner affecting Chariton, Livingston, Linn and Carroll Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Grand River near Sumner. * WHEN...Until late Saturday night. * IMPACTS...At 37.0 feet, State Highway 139 floods a half mile east of Sumner. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 34.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 36.6 feet Wednesday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 26.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
