Crooked River near Richmond affecting Ray County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Crooked River near Richmond. * WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon to late Wednesday night. * IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Water begins to overtop a gravel road about 1 mile south of the F and B Highway intersection. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 5.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 20.7 feet tomorrow evening.
