* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Grand River near Chillicothe.
* WHEN...Until late Friday night.
* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Rural roads are under water. At 35.0 feet,
U.S. Highway 65 south of Chillicothe is threatened by flood water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 AM CDT Monday the stage was 32.0 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 24.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 35.7 feet
early Wednesday morning. It will then fall below flood stage
early Friday morning.
