* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, rural roads are under water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.2 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 24.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this
morning to 29.3 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below
flood stage this evening to 19.3 feet tomorrow morning. It will
rise to 21.2 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall again and
remain below flood stage.
