River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast precipitation for the next 24 hours. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Meramec River near Arnold. * WHEN...Until Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, Meramec Bottom Road between Wells Road and Kerth Road begins flooding near this height. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 25.9 feet and rising. - Recent Activity...The river rose above flood stage early in the morning on April 29. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 28.4 feet Friday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday morning. - Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
