Missouri River at Boonville affecting Moniteau, Boone, Cooper and Howard Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Boonville. * WHEN...Until early Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Low-lying rural areas along the river flood. At 23.8 feet, Easley River Road and Smith Hatchery Road begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:04 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 21.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to 9.3 feet Monday evening. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
