Missouri River at Boonville affecting Boone, Cooper, Moniteau and Howard Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Boonville. * WHEN...Until early Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Low-lying rural areas along the river flood. At 23.8 feet, Easley River Road and Smith Hatchery Road begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:04 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 19.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 22.7 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
