At 21.0 feet, Water begins to overtop a gravel road about 1 mile south of the F and B Highway intersection. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 21.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.4 feet this morning.
