...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Missouri... Missouri River at Waverly affecting Carroll, Saline and Lafayette Counties. Missouri River At Miami affecting Carroll, Saline and Chariton Counties. Missouri River at Boonville affecting Cooper, Boone, Howard and Moniteau Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Boonville. * WHEN...From Tuesday evening to late Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Low-lying rural areas along the river flood. At 23.8 feet, Easley River Road and Smith Hatchery Road begin to flood. At 25.0 feet, Numerous farm levees are overtopped. Flooding of agricultural land and secondary roads occurs. Backwater flooding on Perche Creek causes flooding in McBaine. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:04 PM CDT Monday the stage was 14.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow evening to a crest of 23.4 feet early Wednesday afternoon.
