Wakenda Creek at Carrollton affecting Carroll County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wakenda Creek at Carrollton. * WHEN...From Monday evening to early Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Flooding of low-lying undeveloped areas along the creek begins. At 19.1 feet, Water reaches the bottom of the South Main Street bridge over Wakenda Creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 3.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow evening to a crest of 17.5 feet Tuesday morning.
