At 28.0 feet, Rural roads are under water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 6.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow evening to a crest of 27.5 feet early Tuesday morning.
