River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast precipitation for the next 24 hours. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Maries River near Westphalia. * WHEN...From this morning to Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...At 12.1 feet, The north end of County Road 521 begins flooding adjacent to the river near this height. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 8.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 11.2 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late this afternoon. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
