* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...A portion of central Missouri, including the following county, Cooper. * WHEN...Until 830 AM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 918 PM CDT, emergency management reported flooding through southern portions of Cooper County, including along Highway 5, Highway B, Highway W. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
