* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southwest Missouri, including the following counties, Douglas, Webster and Wright. * WHEN...Until 200 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1106 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following low water crossings... Finley River at Harmony Road, James River at Bell Ford Road, Panther Creek at North Iron Mountain Road, Finley River at Highway Z, Pomme De Terre River at Greenwood Road and Panther Creek at Highway B. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Rogersville, Seymour, Mansfield, Fordland, Norwood, Diggins and Northview. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
